"Ich liebe Berlin" - Zeit für Kaffee-trinken - Coffee time in Berlin ( да изпиеш чаша с кафе в Берлин)

 One of the thing that i love  in Germany is their Coffee-time or as the Germans say: " Keffee-trinken". It is the best time for me. Those who have lived in Germany they know what i,m talking about. Here in Germany the time for coffee in the afternoon is like a rule. even i could say that it is like a low. Every German obey this low.When the clock hit 4pm it means that it is time for "Kaffee-trinken".

 What do you need to feel this  German atmosphere if you live in other country? Well, Just brew a big pitcher with filter-coffee, prepare cream for coffee( sahne fur Kaffee) or milk. Go to the market and buy at least four or five different cookies, cakes, candies....Choice a good place where you will feel comfortable. For serving you can use  big mugs decorated with funny and vivid colors. If you have your Kaffee-trinken in Berlin the mugs should be decorated with the sign - " Ich liebe Berlin" if you live in NEW York or London they also could be "i love London or New York". But the minus of this is that it is possible to lose the German spirit in this coffee-time. And the last thing what you have to do  is to drink your German coffee with good friends.

  I'll stop here!!! I can explain better this atmosphere, you just have to do your best to experience it.

Monday again ;(-a cup of coffee and time in your "spacial chair"

  Monday again ;(....., our "favorite" day. The beginning of the work-week. Well, maybe many of you feel sad, especially if you had a great weekend. Now the fairy tail just over and  we have to go back to the reality.
 Although coffee-lovers, cheer up:)))!!!... A cup of coffee and time spend on your "Special Chair" ( i was posted once what does it mean, so if you ask yourself what is this chair , you can find the answer in my old posts:)...Sitting on the chair you can delight of your awesome cup of coffee and in the same time remember the good moments that you had during the last weekend.

  Especially for my German friends who attended the conference in Ludwigslust this weekend. Hey guys, do not be sad and do not sorry that this weekend is over. Just take a cup of coffee, take your Bible and take a seat in your "special chair" and listen. And then i,m convinced that your Monday and also your work-week will be much, much full of joy, happiness and hope.

Замбия - процъфтяващо място за кафе-културата

  Министерството на земеделието в Замбия отчело висок ръст на износа през последната година. Това е причина държавата да насочи своя фокус върху засаждането на плантации с кафе. В тази област се отглежда предимно висококачествена арабика. Но това не е единствената цел.

  Правителството иска плантаторите на кафе да получават необходимото заплащане, за да не се използва труда на населението поради високото ниво на бедност в тази държава.

 Цената на aрабиката се определя от Ню Йоркската борса, а на робустата от Лондонската борса, тази стрaтегия е изградена за да се осигури адекватно заплащане на фермерите според световния кафе пазар.

Компанията Starbucks жадна за нови позиции на Китайския пазар (The company Starbucks, thirsty for new positions in China)

  Новата стъпка, която мощната компания Starbucks предприема е закупуването на плантации висококачествена арабика в щата Yunnan -Китай. Компанията ще закупи ,както плантациите така и много от фабриките за кафе у успоредно с това ще изгражда нови. И по този начин ще може да експортира кафе от този район по цял свят. Финансовите условия все още не са уточнени, но се очаква скоро да се достигне до споразумение с китайските кафе-компании.

  Някои интересни факти за Азиатския пазар:
  Starbucks отваря първото си заведение в Китай през 1999г. Като за период от 13 години компанията е има изградени близо 800 заведения. В бъдещ план е изготвила стратегия за изграждането на 1500 заведения до края на 2015г.

 Малко по-малко популярността на кафето набира скорост в Китай, но сравнявайки държавата с останалия свят, кафето не е от най-атрактивните напитки за китайците. За сравнение, в Китай се падат 3 чаши кафе годишно на глава от населението, а в останалата част на света средно се падат по 240 чаши кафе  на човек. Статистиката говори сама за себе си.:)))

The powerful coffee company Starbucks will make step forward to take control over the coffee crop in the Chines state- Yunnan. The company will purchase the plantations and many of the coffee factories as well. In the same time the company will start building of new coffee mills. In that way the company will develop his  export trough the whole world with high-quality arabica grains. The financial terms still aren't  closed but the company expect soon to finish these negotiations.

   Some interesting information about the Chines coffee-market.
 Starbucks took place on the Chines market in 1999 year. Since this time till now the company has founded 800 coffee stores. But till 2015 year it plans to open around 1500 stores.

   The coffee starts to take part in the life of the chines but comparing with the rest of the world this drink still stay some behind. As a statistic the manual consumption of coffee around the world is 240 cups per man and in China the manual rates is 3 cups per man for a year.
 The facts speak enough for the coffee market in China.

 The American coffee company " Caribou coffee", because of the holiday 14-th of February, makes a special promotion.

 Only today if you order a beverage you receive one more for free. Or they use the famous phrase and call it: " buy one get one free". I think that it is good deal. But again we can join this promotion only if you live in USA.
 Sorry people, the coffee lovers living in Europe do not have this benefit.

 However, do not be disappointed, you can have a great cup of coffee with your beloved in the stores of Costa Coffee or other European coffee shop.
 Today, do not put an  accent on the coffee but put an accent on the person you will spend your coffee-time with.

 Американската компания "Caribou coffee", по случай празника 14-ти февруари, има специално предлойение към своите клиенти.

 Само днес бихте могли да закупите напитка от кафетериите на компанията и да получите, като подарък втора напитка напълно безплатно. Компанията използва популярната фраза за САЩ " buy one get one free". Това е наистина страхотно предложение!!!

 Зъжалявам "кафеджии", но живеейки в Европа ние не можем да се възползваме от тази възможност.
 Обаче не бъдете разочаровани, можете да се насладите на стархотна чаша с кафе, с вашия възлюбен в кафетериите на Costa Coffee или друга добра европейска верига кафета.
 Днес ние не акцентираме върху кафето, а върху човека, с когото ще прекараме времето пиейки любимата си напитка.

Coffee Fellows "feet at home"

  Many of you know the phrase " My home is my Castle". And i can say that partly it is try. when we say home usually we imagen a place for comfort, relax and quietness. Well and when we say "I feel at home" it supose to means thati feel well ,in a comfort.

The founders of  a coffee-shop in Germany ( COFFEE FELLOWS ) use the phrase "Feel At Home" to attract their customers. And i consider that it works. I was able to visit a coffee-shop from this franchase-company. Of course we can't compare it with Starbuck or Costa Coffee, but it is quite good.
 This coffee-shop was situated at one of the corners on  the train-station in Magdeburg (Germany).
 The quality of the coffee wan's bad, the small store was with a good atmosphere and a nice barista ready to make a perfect cup of coffee.

  It is great place if you have to kill some hours wating for a next train.

 Talking about the prices, they are the same as in the most coffee-shops in Germany. You can buy a cup of latte-mackiato, or cappuchino for 3 or 4 euro. If you would like to join with cookie it'll cost not much than 5, 6 euro. Some poeple can say "it is a lot of money for a cup of coffee", but the real coffee-lover can appreciate this place. And staying far away from home, visiting this place you can feel for few minutes the warm and the calmness of your home.
